Poste et missions
Vous rejoignez l’équipe Fonds de Dette en tant qu’assistant portfolio manager. À ce titre, vous collaborez en binôme avec la responsable du portfolio management pour participer à la gestion et au suivi du portefeuille paneuropéen de financements immobiliers (closing, tirages, remboursements, waivers).
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :
Préparer les comités de monitoring trimestriels et effectuer une analyse des risques sous-jacents ; Gérer de façon proactive le suivi de la performance des financements en portefeuille ; Réaliser la notation des financements à l’aide de l’outil de scoring Moody’s et mettre à jour le modèle de cash-flow des opérations ; Participer à l’organisation des réunions annuelles des investisseurs ; Aider à la réalisation des Customer Due Diligence (KYC) ainsi qu’à l’analyse ESG.Vous travaillez dans un environnement international, au sein d’une communauté d’experts qui place l’excellence, l’impact et l’action collective au cœur de tout ce qu’elle entreprend.

Profil et compétences requises

De formation supérieure, vous avez une première expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire.
Vous maîtrisez :
• L'analyse financière ;
• Les notions liées au secteur de l'immobilier.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes :
• Curieux et proactif ;
• Reconnu pour vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais avec un niveau C1.
