THE ROLE

The role of the innovation team is to deliver an exciting and growing pipeline of new services and products. They are also in charge of future-proofing Quantis.
As a Project Manager - Innovation at Quantis, you will:
- Develop productive working relationships with internal and external client contacts, in various sectors
- Co-create new solutions (offering) with clients/other stakeholders
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects until complete and successful delivery
You will be successful in your role if you:
- Embody innovation development approaches, such as Design Thinking
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Reliably deliver time / cost / budget

DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?
- You’re motivated to put your expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- For 3+ years you’ve been sharpening your project management skills in a professional setting, ideally with experience in the management consulting field.
- You have strong project management skills, and can organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
- You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
- You’re motivated for teamwork and able to integrate and work with a diverse team, including a range of scientific and creative profiles.
- You believe in the power of science and innovation and get excited about guiding companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You communicate effectively in fluent English. German or French would be a plus.
AS A PROJECT MANAGER - INNOVATION, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:
Manage and deliver project work related to Innovation initiatives:
- Manage all aspects of projects from project scoping to crafting solutions to developing high-standard, timely deliverables
- Build and animate workshops all through the ideation phase
- Build, develop and manage efficient and balanced projects teams
- Identify and articulate project risks
- Ensure team well-being and contingency plan with support
- Build and nurture optimal and trustful client and industry relationships, with a good understanding of client organization and business goals
Support business development efforts:
- Develop and manage existing and new client relations across various sectors
- Coordinate communications and marketing strategies and actions, including meeting prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients
- Support sales process as requested, including scoping, pricing, proposal development and client meetings

- Location: Paris or Berlin (flexible remote policy)
- Optimal start date: As soon as possible
- Collaboration with other Quantis branches (Switzerland, France/Germany, Italy, USA) via web-conferences
- Ability to travel occasionally
