Description du poste

Au sein de l'équipe Informatique basée à Vannes, rattaché.e au Pôle Support, vous assurez un accompagnement et un support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs/trices.

Vous êtes d'une expérience collaborateur/trice positive.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

Accompagner, former et répondre aux demandes des , dans une dynamique permanente de satisfaction clients et d'amélioration continue, Diagnostiquer un dysfonctionnement et guider - sur place ou à distance, Etre du bon fonctionnement du matériel informatique, Préparer les outils informatiques et les identifiants de connexion lors des intégrations, Installer et expérimenter le matériel informatique, les logiciels de réseau et de systèmes d'exploitation,

Rechercher les causes des pannes et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les , 

Implanter des logiciels de contrôle de trafic et de sécurité,

Effectuer des contrôles de routine, de sécurité et de qualité, Etre ressource des projets qui sont attribués à l'équipe Informatique, Former les sur les outils internes IT, Rédaction de documents, processus, modes opératoires pour l'équipe IT et les

Le poste est basé sur le site de production d'Elven + jour/semaine sur le site de Vannes.

Dans un er temps, votre périmètre d'intervention est national et pourra s'étendre, dans un nd temps, au niveau international.

Profil recherché

Titulaire d'un BTS Services informatiques aux organisations / Systèmes Numériques ou BUT Informatique, vous avez une ère expérience significative sur un poste en support informatique auprès d' d'univers différents (stages/alternance).

Vous connaissez à minima l’environnement Windows et la suite Office.

Vous appréciez la relation client interne, faites preuve de pédagogie, êtes et avez le sens du résultat.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et autonome.

Vous savez gérer vos priorités face aux demandes/aléas du quotidien.

Un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire est requis - principalement compréhension et expression écrite.

Nous vous apportons la formation et l'accompagnement nécessaires à votre développement.
