A propos du poste :

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités automobiles, nous recherchons un.e software project leader. Vous aurez en charge le pilotage QCDP des nouvelles fonctions softwares contribuant à la valorisation des 'brand markers' auprès de différents clients.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Synthétiser l'ensemble des demandes de fonctions spécifiques pour le contrôle chaîne de traction et les calculateurs associés auprès de l'ensemble des Prestations et Métiers (véhicule, moteur, châssis, multimédia, etc);
- Pour le contrôle chaîne de traction et calculateurs associés :

1. S'assurer que les demandes d'évolutions software de chaque système soient bien formalisées en cohérence avec le planning de développement SW : présentation en comité de cotation, passage des SCDR et des DRs par les PFS en accords avec le planning de développement SW,
2. S'assurer du bon niveau de qualité des demandes d'évolution SW de chaque système avant leur partage dans les instances DEA-MW : comité de cotation, SCDR et DR,
3. Animer l'avancement et la convergence des demandes d'évolutions software des différents systèmes clients du SW PWT,
4. Réaliser / Piloter la réalisation de maquettes software.

- Définir des dates d'intégration des évolutions software du contrôle chaîne de traction et des calculateurs associés en fonction du planning projet;
- Prioriser les évolutions software du contrôle chaîne de traction et des calculateurs associés en fonction du planning projet et gérer la base métier software chaîne de traction;
- Contribuer à la construction du planning MAP des Projets pour les items relatifs à son activité et assurer le reporting des informations software (livraisons software, correctifs, évolutions, ...) auprès des secteurs métiers concernés;
- Être l'interlocuteur software privilégié du Métier Applicatif sur son périmètre projet;
- Piloter les indicateurs de suivi logiciels sous JIRA pour le périmètre des SW GMP : définition de la SW RoadMap, affectation des tickets ECU aux différentes boucles SW et mise à jour du niveau de maturité de ces tickets en adéquation avec leur maturité technique;
- Piloter les activités applis pour l'industrialisation des logiciels et des calibrations.
