Notre filiale VAISALA France SAS, située à Saclay (91), est un fournisseur incontournable d’instruments de mesures atmosphériques pour l’analyse des profils de vent, grâce à une technologie laser LIDAR (à dominante optique, photonique et électronique). Ses différents marchés sont l’industrie éolienne, les aéroports internationaux, la météorologie et la qualité de l’air. VAISALA France SAS réalise son chiffre d’affaires principalement à l’international sur les 5 continents.
Missions
Dans le cadre de la croissance et du développement constants de nos activités, VAISALA France SAS recrute un(e) « Ingénieur mécanique » H/F.
Rattaché(e) au R&D Manager, vous serez en charge de spécifier, concevoir, réaliser et valider des modules et des composants mécaniques utilisés dans les systèmes Lidar.
Vos principales missions seront de :
Participer à la conception des architectures des produits. Rédiger les spécifications pour les sous-ensembles mécaniques à partir des spécifications du système. Concevoir ou reconcevoir des sous-ensembles mécaniques avec prise en compte des objectifs de coût et de fabricabilité (à la fois en interne et chez les sous-traitants mécaniques). Gérer les évolutions de dossiers de définition pour les systèmes en production. Réaliser des modélisations et des plans (CAO/DAO). Industrialiser les composants et les modules mécaniques en coordination avec les fabricants. Suivre les sous-traitants mécaniques pour la réalisation d’études ou de prototypes. Piloter l’intégration mécanique dans les phases de maquettage et de prototypage. Gérer des données techniques produit avec l’outil de gestion de données produit. Assurer un support ponctuel à la Direction Industrielle (achats, industrialisation, production...)Profil
De formation minimum BAC+ 5 Grandes Ecoles ou Université en Mécanique, vous justifiez de minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que concepteur mécanique dans un environnement international et industriel. Les profils Bac +2 en mécanique et justifiant d’une expérience riche de minimum 12 ans d’expérience sont également appréciés.
Connaissances et compétences techniques:
Bonne maitrise des outils CAO 3D SolidWorks, mise en plan, cotation fonctionnelle et tolérancement. Bonne maitrise de l’élaboration d’un dossier de définition (plans, nomenclatures...) Bonnes connaissances en mécanique générale et des coûts associés : tôlerie, usinages, plasturgie et moulages. Bonne vision industrielle (outillages, flux de fabrication, contrôle/validation) Anglais courant et Français courant (lu, parlé, écrit.)Connaissances et compétences complémentaires appréciées :
Connaissances en thermique et en optomécanique. Durcissement des systèmes mécaniques déployés dans environnements extérieurs exigeants. Conception prenant en compte les contraintes CEM.Qualités personnelles :
Vous possédez une aisance relationnelle et d'excellentes capacités de communication (large éventail d’interlocuteurs multiculturels). Vous faite preuve d’initiative pour trouver des moyens d'améliorer les solutions, les systèmes et les processus. Vous êtes créatif et vous avez des capacités d’innovation.Aspects pratiques
