The Global Supply Chain team based in Paris area (RIO building) is recruiting a Global Supply Chain Internal Control Manager.  The position reports functionally to the Global Operations Internal Control Director.

Your key responsabilities

Define and manage the Supply Chain Internal Control roadmap and priorities in agreement with CSCO, IC Ops, Zone ICM, DOPs and Supply Chain CFO.
Coordinate the Internal Control improvement initiatives (Group TOP , segregation of duties, prevention of fraud, security of payment methods etc.). Coordinate Internal Audits (confirmation of standards & best practices) in close collaboration with the Zone or country Internal Control Managers, including follow up of IAAP (Internal Audit Actions Plans). Ensure Supply Chain recommendations in AFM audits are visible & known to CSCO.  Propose updates to the Group Standards based upon feedback from the teams. Upskill the Internal Audit team. Lead the annual Supply Chain self-assessment questionnaire with Operational Business Partners to ensure compliance with Group fundamentals. Share the results of prior year campaign.  Help Zone/Division with the understanding of challenges and discernment by the distribution of training, tools and exchanging of good practices. Ensure adequate level of Internal controls of processes managed by the DOPs (Fulfillment Centers, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Order to cash, Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment & Customer Services).  Establish a proper internal control environment, specifically for new systems and projects (i.e OMS, ODES, NEO), which must be internal control by design. Understand, review, identify and implement process gaps vs. L’Oréal norms. Assist managers to draw up simple and effective procedures that comply with local laws, Group referential and good practices. Propose sharing in KWIK (Knowledge Management Tool). Communicate effectively to Sr. Management findings/gaps, solutions, risks awareness and clear action plans.

Your profile

Prior Supply Chain Finance or Internal Control experience - years. Have good knowledge of Group tools and referential (charters, standards, processes, norm and systems). Proven ability to Lead initiatives and influence change beyond his/her Network. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify messaging to obtain support or commitments. Well organized, strong analytical skills, rigorous and ability to operate with rigour. Ability to work closely with others and prioritize tasks.
