Join us as a Strategic Project Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and define and support our country strategy and operations France Italy Germany Spain This role challenges you to not only shape but also execute the strategic vision across multiple markets ensuring Qontos consistent growth and adaptation to dynamic market conditions
You will work closely with different teams Product Tech Finance Sales Partnerships Compliance and will integrate market insights and strategic planning into actionable results influencing every aspect of our operations in four key European countries
As a Strategic Project Manager at Qonto you will:
Market Watch: Look into the market trends regulation and competition in our countries and anticipate impacts for Qonto Strat Plan and GotoMarket Strategy per country: Contribute to Qonto global Strategic Plan exercise and define and refresh the GotoMarket strategies per country in collaboration with the Country Manager and their teams Strategic Projects coordination: Drive and coordinate some key strategic projects for countries helping them meet and exceed their OKRs

Be the trusted partner of two Country Managers working in close collaboration with country teams eg sales partnership PMM finance Work in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment with strong exposure to Qontos top management Opportunities to work on a variety of projects shaping a countrys strategy from market analysis to project coordination that influences our operations across Europe A pivotal role within the Strategy Team consisting of 15 diverse professionals Collaboration with a variety of international teams across Growth Product Tech Finance Compliance Back office and more

Her background: Before joining Qonto Valentine worked in Strategy Consulting with a focus on Financial amp; Insurance Services She also experienced various roles Chief of Staff Ops Product in a social startup over the last 2 years
What does she bring to the team? Valentine brings her experience in both strategy amp; execution across different industries She will support you to master your projects and continuously make you grow and learn
About You:
Experience: You have several years of experience in a toptier consulting firm andor as a project manager in a startup Experience in paymentsFintech is a plus Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical spirit and have a good ability to structure synthesize and formalize Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your approach ensuring precision in both the execution and ongoing management of projects Communication: You have outstanding verbal amp; written communication skills Ownership: Assume full ownership of your projects managing all aspects from planning through execution to ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company goals Project Management: You have a proven ability to manage and coordinate crossfunctional projects and break silos demonstrating both leadership and team collaboration skills Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments Energygiver: You actively energize and motivate team members by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Languages: Fluency in English is required and proficiency in another European language French Italian German or Spanish is a real plus
