Your responsibilities:
- Perform ad-hoc analysis: Conducting in-depth exploratory analysis to assess opportunities and give recommendations for addressing complex business challenges. Your insights will guide data-driven decision-making for our product team. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with champions to identify and monitor KPIs for their teams and help them track those metrics. You could create new datasets and implement dashboards. - Lead high-impact projects: Drive innovation through all project phases, from exploration, prototyping, and production. - Mentor data analysts: Provide continuous feedback, assist in defining scope, and flag training opportunities to improve performance.Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience conducting in-depth analysis and presenting recommendations to solve complex business problems.- Proven ability to write code in SQL and handle relational data.- A deep knowledge and understanding of statistics.- Experience in Python.- A pragmatic, iterative team player with excellent communication skills.- Professional proficiency in English and French.- Knowledge of DBT, BigQuery, and Google Cloud is a plus.
