Job Description

Pour renforcer le pôle Innovation, IFF Health & Biosciences domaine des ferments lactiques et probiotiques, le département Process R&D basé à Danger-St-Romain (86) recrute pour son pilote de développement un/une Process technicien(ne) . 

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Process R&D (25 personnes), le/la candidat(e) travaillera sur des projets de développement des bioprocédés dans un environnement de pilote certifié HACCP au sein du BDC (Bioscience Development Center). Sous la supervision du responsable pilote, le/la candidat(e) travaillera sur différents projets d’Innovation en étroite collaboration avec ses collègues techniciens (équipe de 6 personnes).

Missions :

Dans ses fonctions, le/la candidat(e) sera amené(e) à travailler sur différents types de micro-organismes  :
⦁ Bactéries lactiques
⦁ Bactéries Anaérobies strictes et/ou aérobies
⦁ Levures et champignons filamenteux
différents types de technologies :
⦁ Fermentation (Batch, Fed-Batch, Bioréacteur à Membrane…)
⦁ Techniques séparatives (Centrifugation, Filtration…)
⦁ Techniques de préservation (Formulation de cryo/lyo-protectants, congélation dans l’azote liquide, lyophilisation, atomisation, …)
et pour différents marchés :
⦁ Probiotique 
⦁ Dairy starter cultures
⦁ Diversification…


Toute spécialisation dans des technologies de séchage est un plus.

Job Requirements

Compétences : 

Connaissances des étapes unitaires de : 

- fermentation (préparation des milieux, paramètres procédé…), 
- séparation (centrifugation, technologies de filtration membranaire…),
- stabilisation (congélation, lyophilisation, méthodes de séchage…)

Innovation Esprit d’équipe Engagement Rigueur Outils bureautiques Windows Anglais technique

Formation :  

Bac+2/3 dans le domaine des bioprocédés 5 ans d’expérience pratique acquise en situation professionnelle 

Contrat :  Poste CDI en présentiel
