RESPONSABILITIES:
Overall: Oversee marketing channels for European markets on Salomon.com. Drive traffic growth.SEM: Coordinate paid search campaigns with global paid team, ensuring profitability and budget compliancePaid Social: Coordinate with global paid team the social ads placement, test creatives, optimize messaging Programmatic Display: Develop retargeting strategies and actions plans together with global paid teamCRM: Adapt the ecommerce calendar to drive localized crm campaigns & support S/PLUS Loyalty program initiatives together with global CRM teamSEO: Implement SEO guidelines, update catalog, optimize localized content, and monitor metrics.Partnerships/Affiliation: Manage sales with partners, identify new partnerships, and optimize affiliate programs.Planning & Reporting: Provide traffic forecasts, monitor KPIs, deliver performance reports, and recommend channel mix and creative formats.QualificationsBackground: years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.Education: year degree in E-commerce, Digital, MarketingLanguages: English proficiency, French is a plus, Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Adobe Analytics, Google, MetaSkills:Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills,Strong accuracy and details focus, ability to prioritize and multitask successfully,Knowledge of e-commerce indicators and analysis tools,Knowledge and sensitivity of fashion and outdoor brands.Advanced channel and audience-based targeting knowledge; equally comfortable running prospecting/engagement vs remarketing/conversion-focused campaigns.Transversal skills:
Highly analytical and skilled with data; an Excel wizard Highly curious.
