Rattaché au DRH groupe et en lien direct avec le CEO, ton rôle est de garantir que la Culture Betclic est diffusée, incarnée, respectée et alignée aux missions, valeurs et objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise au niveau Groupe. Tu manageras une équipe de 5 personnes.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Dans ce cadre, tes missions sont les suivantes :

Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie Groupe de communication interne permettant le déploiement de la Culture Betclic alignée avec la mission, les valeurs et les objectifs de l'entreprise
Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie Groupe de marque employeur pour attirer les talents, améliorer l'engagement des employés et gérer la réputation Betclic dans le respect de la Culture de l'entreprise Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie évènementielle interne Groupe permettant la diffusion de la culture Betclic auprès des équipes. Elaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RSE Groupe de Betclic en lien avec les valeurs et l’éthique de l’entreprise En lien avec les différents services Office Management, superviser l'environnement et la décoration des bureaux, en veillant à ce que l'espace de travail reflète l'identité et les valeurs de la marque Betclic

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ce job est fait pour toi si :

Tu es passionné de sport et adore suivre tous types de compétitions sportives Tu es diplômé en communication, marketing, développement durable ou dans un domaine similaire Tu disposes d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum sur un poste de Direction Communication interne/marque employeur dans une Scale-Up de la Tech idéalement Tu es dôté de fortes compétences en gestion de projets complexes internationaux, d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale Tu as une connaissance approfondie des pratiques et des tendances en matière de culture d'entreprise, de diversité et d'inclusion Tu aimes travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution et gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en lien avec des équipes internationales Et enfin, tu parles anglais couramment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

Si ta candidature est sélectionnée, tu seras contacté par Elodie sous une semaine pour une préqualification RH (30 minutes) Nous te demanderons ensuite de réaliser le Test AssessFirst (personnalité, motivations et réflexion) Tu rencontreras ensuite Xavier - DRH ton futur manager
Tu réaliseras un Use Case puis le restituera à Xavier (et autres membres de la team HR) Tu rencontreras Nicolas - CEO Enfin, Elodie te recevra en entretien final RH et vous en profiterez pour débriefer ensemble ton Test AssessFirst

Afin d’offrir une expérience candidat idéale, le processus de recrutement Betclic dure en moyenne 4 à 6 semaines.
