Your opportunity
As RTW Sales Merchandiser with a special focus on exclusives series and capsules you will lead the management of special projects, overseeing exclusive product launches, through OTB set up, project implementation, follow up with production and distribution and collection of feedbacks from the region, and will participate to the central WW merchandising team in the regular annual activities : seasonal buying, inventory management, sales analysis, auto replenishment strategy and following up on regional needs
How you will contribute
Analyze product performance in stores using qualitative and quantitative data, optimize stock, and participate in monthly Retail reviews to understand the sales performance. Define product assortments, recommend strategies based on store typology and global strategy, contribute to Retail buying processes, and manage worldwide bulk orders. Liaise with various departments (Collection Merchandising, Demand Planning, Commercial, Visual Merchandising, Training, Retail Excellence, Communication) on product launch strategies, in-store assortments, and communication plans, ensuring alignment and effective implementation.Who you are
A professional with extensive experience within Sales Merchandising.
An industry specialist with sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends, excellent product sensitivity, analytical and numeracy skills.
A highly organized individual with ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, fluent in French and English.
