Rejoins une équipe passionnée de Food sur un poste de Head of KAM :

Tes missions seront :

Diriger et animer léquipe grands comptes, assister l'équipe sur les RDV clés ou négociations importantes

Développer la croissance de lensemble du portefeuille clients grands comptes de Refectory

Améliorer les process de vente: des prises de rendez-vous clients à la qualification des besoins, relances et traitements des objections, closing. Participer à l'élaboration des nouvelles offres à destination des grands comptes

Piloter lactivité de l'équipe grands comptes en assurant lanimation et le suivi de ses KPI. Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction commerciale. Collaborer avec une équipe de Responsables Sales régionaux et nationaux

La rémunération comprend : un fixe entre 45K et 50K (selon expérience) + un variable de 25K

Profil

Pour ce challenge nous recherchons une personne qui possède :

Esprit d'équipe, motivé(e), passionné(e),

Adaptabilité, capacité d'écoute

Anglais impératif

Connaissances impeccables du monde de la

restauration collective

Management d'équipe, gestion de projet

Processus de vente, capacité de négociation

Prise d'initiatives et de décisions
