Nous recherchons notre futur·e  Lead Realization  pour notre ambitieux projet AAA non annoncé. Sous la responsabilité du Producer, tu auras la mission de diriger l'équipe en charge des cinématiques ainsi que de partager la vision et les enjeux de la réalisation à l'ensemble du projet.

Pour ce faire, tes missions seront les suivantes: 

Encadrer l’équipe cinématiques du projet (Cinematic Designers, Tech Cinematic Designer, Réalisateurs, Storyboarders, etc.), apporter du soutien à ses membres et contribuer à les développer au sein du studio, En partenariat avec l’équipe Producing, identifier les priorités pour la production et estimer les ressources nécessaires à leur réalisation, Gérer et suivre les processus de recrutement dans le but de maintenir une équipe soudée et compétente, Définir et suivre la charge de l’équipe au quotidien, organiser et coordonner les tâches en s’assurant du respect des délais et du maintien d’une qualité AAA, Collaborer avec les Leads des autres équipes afin de résoudre des problématiques diverses, S’assurer de la bonne documentation des process liés à la réalisation des cinématiques et des events, Participer à la définition des intentions de réalisation avec la direction créative du projet, Être le relai de cette vision en la partageant de manière claire aux équipes, Proposer des éléments de mise en scène dans le jeu pour amplifier les émotions produites par le gameplay, S’assurer de la continuité de ton du jeu entre les séquences jouables et les séquences de cinématiques, Participer aux reviews contenu et donner du feedback sur les autres éléments de réalisation du jeu afin d’assurer une cohérence globale, Supporter l’équipe audio dans l’enregistrement de la voix, le mixage, le montage final et le casting des acteurs le cas échéant, Supporter le Directeur Audio dans l’intégration sonore et musicale du jeu.

Qualifications

Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le jeu vidéo et sur des productions AAA, Une expérience reconnue dans la définition et l'application d'intentions de réalisation ; à un niveau de management ou direction,  Une expertise dans l'une des disciplines suivantes : audio, animation, réalisation, cinématique et tu es très à l'aise dans les autres,  Des connaissances sur la mise en place et suivi de shooting mocap et de recording audio. Tu as un fort niveau de créativité avec un sens aigu du détail, Des compétences solides en relationnel : tu es animé·e d'un esprit de leadership et du souhait de créer un environnement sain et durable, Bonne maitrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
