Job description
You will join a high-skilled / collaborative team of 20 Software Developers, divided in 3 main areas (Audio, Graphics, Ecosystem). As a newcomer, you will integrate the SW Ecosystem, especially working on two core products of Arturia. You will also interact with product manager and firmware team to add new feature and provide maintenance on these two wonderful products.
On a second hand, as project manager, you will have to follow out the development of digital musical instruments and their user interfaces to create the musical products that support Arturia's growth.
Your main responsibilities as project manager will be the following:
- Coordinate the project team (sound designer, product manager, developers, testers) until the product delivery
- In collaboration with the product manager, define and follow the planning
- Anticipate and report the risk on the project
- The first projects will be followed with a pair, to help entering into Arturia’s process.
Your main responsibilities as software engineer will be the following:
- Develop the product features until they are put into production, in coordination with product managers and project managers
- Contribute to software architecture
- Contribute to the performance and sustainability of products through the quality of the code, merge requests and automated tests

Description du poste
Vous rejoignez une équipe de 20 développeurs de logiciel hautement qualifiés, répartis dans 3 pôles (Audio, Graphique, Ecosystème) et serez plus particulièrement affecté à l’équipe écosystème, qui vous permettra d’évoluer sur deux produits phares d’Arturia.
Vous interagirez également avec les différentes équipes métiers, et notamment les chefs de produit et l'équipe firmware afin d'ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités et d'assurer la maintenance de ces deux merveilleux produits.
En tant que chef de projet, vous assurerez le suivi du développement des instruments de musique numérique et de leurs interfaces utilisateurs afin de créer les produits musicaux qui soutiennent la croissance d'Arturia.
Vos principales responsabilités en tant que chef de projet seront les suivantes :
- Coordonner l'équipe projet (sound designer, product manager, développeurs, testeurs) jusqu'à la livraison du produit.
- En collaboration avec le chef de produit, définir et suivre le planning
- Anticiper et signaler les risques liés au projet.
Les premiers projets seront se feront en binôme afin de faciliter l'entrée dans le processus d'Arturia.
Vos principales responsabilités en tant qu'ingénieur logiciel seront les suivantes :
- Développer les fonctionnalités du produit jusqu'à leur mise en production, en coordination avec les chefs de produit et les chefs de projet
- Contribuer à l'architecture logicielle
- Contribuer à la performance et à la durabilité des produits par la qualité du code, les demandes de fusion et les tests automatisés.
Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent software engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of C++ applications
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of macOS (Xcode) and/or Windows (Visual Studio) and/or Linux development environments
- Ideally, you are familiar with scripting languages (Python, bash), continuous integration and automated testing tools (Jenkins, git, cppunit), and databases (SQL)

Profil recherché
- Master ou diplôme équivalent en ingénierie logicielle
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement d'applications C++.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Connaissance des environnements de développement MacOs (Xcode) et/ou Windows (Visual Studio) et/ou Linux.
- Idéalement, vous êtes familier avec les langages de script (Python, Bash), les outils d'intégration continue et de tests automatisés (Jenkins, git, cppunit), et les bases de données (SQL).
- Un intérêt particulier pour la musique est un plus
