Lead of Strategy Transformation H/F

Responsabilités : Prendre en charge les analyses de marketing stratégiques en étroite collaboration avec les pays, en apportant un cadre, de la méthode, des analyses quantitatives et des idées Coordonner et planifier les sujets importants à présenter en CODIR et en STEERCO DS. Vérifier la bonne préparation de ces sujets par les responsables pour garantir la qualité des échanges et décisions en CODIR Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de la gouvernance de DS en gérant les sujets stratégiques en fonctions des priorités, de l’urgence… Définir et mettre en œuvre des méthodologies de gestion de projet adaptées aux besoins de l'entreprise. Assurer le suivi et le contrôle de l'avancement des projets, en identifiant et en résolvant les problèmes potentiels. Pour les projets transversaux, agir en tant que point de contact principal entre les membres du Codir et les équipes de projet. Faciliter les réunions de projet, en préparant et en distribuant les ordres du jour, les comptes rendus et les rapports de suivi. Assurer une communication fluide et transparente entre les parties prenantes, en fournissant des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des projets. Développer et maintenir des outils de suivi et de reporting pour mesurer la performance des projets. Garantir un monitoring de qualitépour les plans d’action notamment décidés en CODIR ou sur des sujets clésnécessitant un suivi rigoureux. Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle Compétences Requises
Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur ou d’école supérieur de commerce.Certification en gestion de projet (notamment PMI, Lean management) est un atout. Expérience : Expérience significative (5-8 ans minimum) en cabinet de conseil ou expérience équivalenteMaîtrise des outils et méthodes de marketing stratégiques, analyse de marché, segmentation et pricingL’expérience du GTM de Solution digitales en Amérique du Nord, au UK, en Inde et/ou Australie est un plus
Connaissance du secteur des solutions digitales ou technologiques dans le secteur des Utilities, Engineering, Transport ou Smart Cities. Compétences Interpersonnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.Capacité à influencer et à négocier avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'ès fort sens de l’organisation et très bon esprit de synthèse.Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serré maitrise professionnelle de l’anglais est indispensable Qualités Personnelles : Proactivité et sens de l' de l’organisation, de la structuration et de l’excellence opérationnelleEsprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec divers déé vers les résultats et les solutions.Capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité face aux changements.
