Purpose of the position
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. Proactively assist and support the residents Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity . Respond to all emergency situations
The ideal person has :
Ease with and affinity for people losing autonomy Focused on teamwork and collaboration Patience and empathy Punctuality and reliability Sense of listening and consideration
Required qualifications :
Up to date CPR / AED training certificates PDSB training Law 90 training
