Quel sera votre rôle
dans la #TeamDeloitte ? En tant que consultant(e), vous interviendrez sur des missions à forte technicité, avec des implications en termes d'outils et susceptibles d'intégrer une dimension internationale.
Plus spécifiquement, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :
Analyse et évaluation des impacts des évolutions réglementaires ;
Diagnostics et audits de conformité ;
Cartographie des risques opérationnels et de non-conformité ;
Assistance à la sélection et au déploiement d'outils de gestion des risques (Logiciels GRC, solutions de criblage, filtrage et profilage, RegTech) ;
Mise en place et renforcement du dispositif de contrôle interne ;
Définition, déploiement et pilotage des indicateurs de risques et de performance ;
Evolution de la gouvernance des risques (Fonctions, Comités, Filières, Managed Services) ;
Conseil en matière de stratégie réglementaire.

Et si c’était vous ?
Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieurs, de sciences politiques, de l'ENASS ou d'un 3ème cycle universitaire avec une spécialisation en Assurance /Audit /Conformité, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 1 à 3 ans acquise dans un poste opérationnel au sein d'un organisme d'assurance, du département en charge des organismes d'assurances d'un cabinet d'audit ou de conseil, d'une fédération professionnelle d'assureurs ou d'une autorité de supervision du secteur assurantiel.
Vous disposez d'une connaissance des métiers de l'assurance (vie ou non-vie).
Dynamique, vous démontrez une réelle motivation pour le métier du conseil et une appétence pour les enjeux réglementaires.
Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de restitution.
Vous avez un très bon relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe.
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez hiérarchiser les priorités.
Force de proposition, vous savez être autonome dans votre travail.
Au regard de la dimension internationale de nos clients, vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Poste basé à Paris La Défense.
