Career Renew recherche pour un de ses clients un Legal Structuring Officer a Paris, France.

Le (la) candidat(e) retenu(e) sur ce poste prendra en charge les missions suivantes :

Participer à la structuration et au suivi des véhicules UCITS et alternatifs, existants et à venir, de droit luxembourgeois, français, néerlandais et autres juridictions

Mise en place de nouveaux gérants et maintenance de la base contractuelle existante (négociation des contrats de délégation, de conseil et d’exclusivité)

Mise en place des contrats liés aux produits dérivés (ETD et OTC, ISDA, CSA, Pledge…).

Mise en place de contrat de license d’indices, de droits marketing, etc.

Participation à la négociation des contrats de distribution et de dissémination de données: contrats de distribution, de plateformes de distribution, dissémination de données auprès des Data Vendor et accords de partenariat.

Participation et négociation contractuelle des projets transverses (IT, organisationnels, transitions).

Centralisation, coordination et suivi des sujets, négociations juridiques générales.

Requirements

  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la Gestion d’actifs est indispensable
  • 5/10 ans d’experience en tant que juriste au sein d’un établissement financier incluant idéalement une première expérience en Cabinet d’Avocats
  • Expérience de structuration de produits complexes (Hedge funds et Private Equity notamment) est un plus.
  • Bac+ 4/5 en Finance de Marchés ou Juridique
  • Niveau d’anglais courant
  • Expérience confirmée obligatoire sur contrats liés aux produits dérivés (ISDA)
