MISSIONS

Assist the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager in the day-to-day tasks and relationship with markets. Be in contact with markets to support their initiative plan (launch plan), forecast and activation for the launches. Follow and ensure the correct items assortment in all the markets to respect the Global proposal and guidelines. Track performance at market level, trend analysis, against KPIs/comparable benchmarks. Analyze sell-in & sell-out post launch evaluation and reporting at Global level. Gather business intelligence on category market trends with special focus on Digital, Skincare and Asian markets (Tmall, social communication platform and skincare Asian trends)
