We are hiring a Consultant Order Fulfillment in our location in Schiltigheim , France to play a crucial role by making the link between dealers/direct customers and all internal operation teams. This role offers blend of responsibilities allowing you to contribute to our customer’s satisfactions. What You Will Be Doing: ●You will be responsible for processing of orders in the assigned area of business, customer satisfaction and support. ●You will be exposed to medium complexity daily business projects in dealer business for growth purposes.●Without supervision, you will work closely with assigned dealership network and/or direct customers as well as a wide variety of internal teams (material management, scheduling, factories, logistics, marketing, sales) to ensure on time & complete delivery of our products according to customer needs. ●You will manages the entire life cycle of an order, production scheduling & order amendments, delivery planning, logistics, export if needed.●You will support different business models as needed, monitors & improves performance using critical thinking & effective communication skills.●You will Contributes to team success through various admin tasks (pending orders, DNI, specials priority list, other team specific tasks etc.) Your Future Team: Welcome to our French Customer Service team.
