Nous recherchons un Community Manager expérimenté pour gérer les interactions avec notre communauté en ligne. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la gestion de nos profils sur les réseaux sociaux, de la réponse aux commentaires des utilisateurs et de la création de contenu engageant pour notre communauté.

Les responsabilités incluent:

  • Gestion quotidienne de nos profils sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Élaboration de stratégies de contenu pour augmenter l'engagement de la communauté
  • Modération des commentaires et des messages des utilisateurs
  • Analyse des données de performance pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration
  • Collaboration avec d'autres départements pour aligner les efforts de communauté sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise
  • Gestion de campagnes de publicité ciblées pour atteindre de nouveaux publics.

Les qualifications requises:

  • Expérience en gestion de communauté sur les réseaux sociaux
  • Connaissance approfondie des plateformes de réseaux sociaux et des outils de gestion de communauté
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et en relations publiques
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions rapides
  • Connaissance des tendances en matière de marketing digital et des dernières tendances en matière de contenu
  • Expérience en analyse de données et en optimisation des performances.
  • Création d'événement
