Regulatory Affairs Manager Post Market Surveillance

Mon client est une entreprise mondiale de santé en croissance continue, avec des bureaux partout dans le monde.

En raison de cette croissance continue, mon client recherche un responsable des affaires réglementaires Post Market Surveillance.

Le poste peut être basé dans l'un de leurs bureaux situés près de Marseille ou près de la région de Lille, avec la possibilité de travailler à domicile

Vos responsabilités :

•         Responsable de toutes les activités de Surveillance du Marché après Commercialisation (PMS) pour les dispositifs médicaux de Classe I, Classe IIA et Classe IIB

•         Veiller à la mise en ?uvre de la vigilance, PMS

•         Créer, documenter et analyser les réclamations pour les besoins de reporting.

•         Créer des rapports de tendance pour la période d'observation spécifique.

•         Collaborer avec plusieurs chefs de projet, spécialistes de la conformité après-commercialisation.

•         Participer aux audits de vigilance, inspections et actions correctives/préventives.

•         Élaborer ou contribuer à des documents de formation liés à la vigilance, aux affaires cliniques et médicales.

•         Informer la direction des problèmes émergents affectant la sécurité des produits ou nécessitant un signalement aux autorités sanitaires.

•         Collaborer avec les collègues pour garantir que toutes les activités après-commercialisation sont conformes au Règlement sur les Dispositifs Médicaux et à la norme EN ISO 13485.

•         Mettre régulièrement à jour la documentation technique pour le post-marketing, les données cliniques et techniques.

•         Garder à jour le suivi du contact de la personne responsable de la vigilance et partager les mises à jour avec les équipes concernées.

•         Partager les meilleures pratiques et les mises à jour lors des réunions d'équipe.

•         Suivre et interpréter les changements dans la réglementation mondiale et communiquer l'impact sur les produits et les opérations de l'entreprise.

•         Communiquer avec les Organismes Notifiés, les Autorités Sanitaires, les Clients et les parties prenantes internes.

•         Former les parties prenantes requises aux SOPs.

Votre profil :

 

•         Diplôme en Médecine, Clinique, Ingénierie, Chimie ou tout autre diplôme en sciences de la vie connexe

•         Minimum 7 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux

•         Connaissance avérée de la règlementation sur les Dispositifs Médicaux et de la norme EN ISO 13485

•         Compétences avérées en leadership et en communication.

•         Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à communiquer efficacement.

•         Capacité à maintenir une attention particulière aux détails et à gérer plusieurs projets ou tâches simultanément.

•         Anglais courant avec de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale

•         Bonne maîtrise de MS Office, notamment Word et Excel, et compétences en résolution de problèmes

•         Indépendant(e), assertif(ve), bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et désireux(se) d'apprendre
