Then you have a fantastic opportunity to join EPAM as a Solution Data Architect with specialism in Snowflake from our base in Paris. You will be working within multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, architects, designers and strategists as we continue to grow our Data & Analytics practice across Europe.
We do not believe in collecting data without purpose. Analysis by seasoned experts can bring actionable information to organizations when they need it most. Whether our clients are looking to make better decisions for business development or create platforms and solutions that utilize data to streamline and improve operationswe are data-driven, business outcome oriented and we want to help our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and establish best practices for Snowflake account setup and configuration Manage Infrastructure-as-code and maximize automation Manage enhancements and deployments to support a fully federated Platform Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Snowflake related questions on the project Own platform specific Snowflake documentation (decisions, best practices, features) Communicate and demonstrate of new features Design the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all functional and non-functional requirements Carry out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks Oversee cloud security for the account Complete the integration of new applications into the cloud environment
Requirements
Extensive experience in putting in place Data Platforms in a cloud environment Fluent in French & English is essential Deep Snowflake expertise Platform architecture DBA experience Cloud database admin AWS Architecture Cloud networking specialist Excellence in communication, coordination & collaboration, stakeholder & risk management and especially with drive & leadership
