Estimating EcoSys Application Administrator

Mission and Responsibilities:
Within the Estimation division of Technip Energies, you will participate in the implementation and administration of the EcoSys application from Hexagon, which is used by estimators to respond to tenders submitted to Technip Energies. Your activity covers all the services necessary for an optimal configuration of EcoSys within the Estimation division of Technip Energies France.
After a period of integration within the department, you will be responsible for:
analyzing requests for EcoSys software configuration and preparing detailed documentation before implementation, developing, testing, and maintaining EcoSys configurations and evolving them, maintaining critical EcoSys structures and data and ensuring their quality, supervising the proper functioning of the application from a functional point of view and proposing any possible improvements in its operation, setting up monitoring tools to track EcoSys performance, end-user usage, and potential issues, configuring alerts to warn of critical events, coordinating with the IT department responsible for operating the infrastructure hosting EcoSys to ensure the proper functioning and evolution of the application, preparing clear and detailed documentation for end-users on how to use EcoSys and its workflows, supporting and providing training to end-users.
Profile:
Holder of a generalist engineering degree or equivalent university degree (bac+5), you have an interest in the use and configuration of enterprise software and possibly a first experience in programming. Basic knowledge of a programming language (VBA, VB .Net, C#, Python, etc.) will allow you to be quickly trained in the configuration of the EcoSys software.
Your qualities:
Ability to identify needs and propose relevant solutions, relational skills and sense of service: knowing how to listen and understand needs, providing fast and friendly service to users.
As relationships with other Technip Energies centers are very important, it is necessary to speak and write English fluently. Occasional travel in France or abroad is to be expected.
This position is eligible for teleworking, according to the company agreement in place.
