Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, OBS SA souhaite augmenter la maturité de son approche Processus, en particulier de son dispositif de Pilotage de la Sûreté.
A cet effet, OBS SA ouvre un poste de Quality and Security Officer.
Rattaché/e à la Direction de la Performance et du Soutien aux Opérations (DPSO), le Quality and Security Officer agira sous la responsabilité du Chief Security Officer d’OBS SA.
Il réalisera ses missions en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des Directions transverses – DAF, DRH, DSI, DPSO (Direction des Services Généraux, Direction des Achats, Direction des Affaires Réglementaires…) - et Directions « Métiers » ou "Business Lines" (entités en charge de la fourniture des services aux clients) d’OBS SA, mais aussi celles du groupe en fonction du besoin.
Les missions :
Développement de la culture Quality and Security, en étroite collaboration avec les référents Quality and Security des Directions d’OBS SA ; Déploiement des mesures de réduction des risques des projets de fonctionnement interne de l’entreprise ; Consolidation et aide au pilotage du dispositif de contrôle : kpi, audits, etc ; Consolidation du corpus documentaire - politique, procédures, etc - notamment de la DPSO ; Pilotage des revues périodiques dans les domaines de la Qualité (Process et Organisation) pour la DPSO et de la Sûreté (Sûreté de l’information, Sûreté des biens et des personnes…) pour OBS SA ; Contribution au déploiement du programme Compliance d’Orange Business pour tout ce qui touche à l’amélioration des processus Qualité Le cas échéant, contribution aux dispositifs de Maîtrise du Risque rendus nécessaires par de nouvelles réglementations Européennes ou Françaises telles que le « Devoir de Vigilance », etc.Nota : en tant que Security Officer, vous serez amené à œuvrer notamment dans des domaines nécessitant des formations adéquates.

De formation Bac + 5 (école ou université) ; Vos qualités relationnelles sont reconnues et vous avez le sens du travail en équipe et transverse ; Vous êtes dynamique et vous savez vous adapter en toutes circonstances ; Vous êtes rigoureux, avec un sens aigu de l’organisation, de la planification, du respect des délais et vous êtes orienté résultats; Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.Le plus : Des déplacements sont à prévoir en France et parfois à l'étranger (MAROC).
