Job Description

Le technicien de maintenance prépare et réalise ou fait réaliser les activités de maintenance, de modifications, d’instrumentation et de travaux neufs, qui lui sont confiées afin d’assurer la mission de disponibilité et de maitrise des biens industriels de l’entreprise dans le cadre des politiques de sécurité des personnes et de sécurité des aliments.

ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES DE L’EMPLOI

Activités métier

Prépare, réalise ou fait réaliser les travaux de maintenance et travaux neufs qui lui sont confiés :

 Conduit les diagnostics techniques de défaillances ou participe à leur analyse,
 Prend en charge les modifications et travaux neufs qui lui sont confiés,
 Traite ou formalise les demandes de travaux via l’ERP en place,
 Prépare les travaux et analyse les risques avec les intervenants et les parties prenantes,
 Contrôle le bon déroulement des chantiers 
 Enregistre les données d’intervention dans les différents supports d’information.

Participe à l’analyse et à l’amélioration de la disponibilité des installations :

 Participe à l’élaboration des budgets maintenance et investissements de son secteur d’intervention,
 Vérifie l’opportunité et les coûts des interventions dans le cadre budgétaire fixé,
 Propose des améliorations pour diminuer l’entretien subi et augmenter la fiabilité des installations,
 Propose les mises à jour des plans de maintenance préventive en fonction du retour d’expérience,
 Renseigne les supports d’information relatifs aux indicateurs requis par le management.

Assure la coordination avec la fabrication, ses homologues et les prestataires :

 Maintient un contact régulier avec la fabrication et les prestataires,
 Participe à l’ordonnancement du service et planifie formellement les travaux de son secteur,
 Anticipe et prépare les arrêts techniques 
 Coordonne ses activités avec ses homologues du service,
 Fait réaliser les chiffrages, pilote et surveille les prestataires.

Qualité/ Hygiène/ Sécurité/ Environnement et sécurité des aliments 

 Applique l’ensemble des règles du domaines HSE et de sécurité des aliments,
 Anime et contrôle l’application des règles assumées par les équipes des prestataires,
 Assure la réalisation et l’enregistrement des contrôles et essais périodiques qui lui sont confiés,
 Valide les analyses de sécurité et les permis qui lui sont attribués dans le cadre des Plans de Prévention,
 Peut participer aux différents audits internes ou réglementaires.


EXIGENCES PRINCIPALES

Formations initiales et Profil : 

 Technicien de niveau BTS/IUT de type mécanique ou equivalent et présentant une première expérience en service technique en industrie.
 Aptitude à prioriser et communiquer sous contrainte
 Aptitude à rationnaliser sa propre activité 

 Compétences nécessaires : 

 Connaissances générales
 Mécanique, électromécanique, 
 Méthodes de maintenance
 Aisance rédactionnelle et informatique

Compétences liées au poste 
 Conduite de chantier, planification, et reporting,
 Etablissement des spécifications et cahier des charges des prestations et équipements,
 Capacité à diagnostiquer un dysfonctionnement dans son ensemble.
