Description du poste

Vous rejoignez le département digital réparti en France et en Allemagne. 

Vous êtes rattaché au Head of Digital transformation.

Votre périmètre concerne l’architecture, le développement, et les méthodes de développement, de tous nos applicatifs.

Vous participez au Digital board et pilotez l’équipe de développement, interne et externe. Vous êtes responsable des développements, de la construction de l’architecture applicative, et du respect de notre architecture d’entreprise en lien avec l’enterprise architect et le digital board, avec pour cible la création d’un core model adapté à notre développement international.

Vos principales missions sont :

Concevoir et implémenter l’architecture logicielle complète (applications, flux, base de données, plateformes, MDM, etc.) Coordonner les équipes de développements internes (RUN et BUILD) et externes (BUILD) Comprendre la valorisation de nos données sous l’angle technique (structure technique des bases de données) mais également de manière approfondie leur signification et implication métier Définir les contrats et suivre les prestations de développement Coordonner nos activités et s’approprier les connaissances des développements avec nos partenaires internationaux Concevoir et implémenter les méthodologies de gestion des projets (scrum, etc.) et de livraison (devops, etc.) en lien avec le digital board

Vous travaillez en forte proximité notamment avec le :

Project and process team leader pour l’ERP Zootechnical data team leader pour la valorisation de nos données zootechniques (calculs scientifiques, données génétiques, données de production, données vétérinaires, etc.) L’infrastructure team leader pour la mise en place de nos méthodes devops

En tant que membre du digital board vous participez à l’élaboration du digital board et favorisez la transversalité des projets et activités dans le département.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne dotée d'un Bac+2 à un Bac+5 avec une solide expérience, mais nous sommes ouverts à des candidats présentant un réel potentiel et une adhésion forte à notre projet d’entreprise.

Notre environnement technologique est riche : applicatifs web (open source), applicatifs internes (.net et open source), BI (PowerBI, QlickSense, etc.), base de données (SQL Server, Postgre), flux (Talend, Opcon, Mulesoft, etc.).

Il est nécessaire d'avoir un bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit et à l’oral. Des déplacements à l’étranger sont à prévoir plusieurs fois dans l’année.
