Field Service Engineer

Flowserve Pompes SAS is part of the Flowserve corporation and is a world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of flow management and control systems for the nuclear, power, oil and gas industries. We are looking for a Site Engineer for our Arnage site (approx. 260 employees). 

Responsibilities:

Carry out on-site interventions (performance, reliability and vibration measurements and diagnostics) and, when required by the contract, coordinate the Worksite. 

Coordinate the department's preliminary and detailed design activities. Interfacing on technical matters with the Technical Services structure when required by the contract. Coordinate project completion and technical feedback. 

Manage the team. 

Manage customer contracts + on-site intervention within the repair, upgrade and maintenance activity for specific contracts in French and English (water and industry market, chemical market, petrochemical and oil market): follow up expertise, costing, vendor interface, production launch, planning management, invoicing; using existing resources. 

Ensure the organization and management of external interventions. 

Act as the Arnage Repair and Service Center's technical interface with other departments. 

Requirements:

The job is accessible with a Bac +5 and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications: Pontier-Elingueur.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word.

Knowledge of SAP in SD, MM and PP.

Ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or other technical drawing tools is an asset.

Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries.

Ability to reprioritize on a daily basis while continuing to deliver results.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
