Job Description:

Nous recherchons pour notre activité Commercial Aircraft un Flight Crew Planner (H/F) qui rejoindra notre département OTDAVOCA.
Le transport aérien "hors gabarit", géré par Airbus Transport International (ATI), une filiale d'Airbus, en charge du transport des assemblages de composants majeurs (MCA) /assemblages constituants (CA) surdimensionnés Beluga depuis les usines de production jusqu'aux lignes d'assemblage secondaire et finale. Le poste est basé à Toulouse, France.

En tant que Flight Crew Planner, en horaires décalés, de la planification de l'équipage de conduite, vous devrez garantir qu'un équipage de conduite qualifié est affecté à tous les vols Beluga et que les qualifications (nouvelles ou renouvelées) sont planifiées en temps voulu.
Vous veillerez également à ce que la planification individuelle des équipages soit pleinement conforme à la réglementation européenne (EU-FTL) et à l'accord d'entreprise.

Vos challenges:

  • Préparer et publier la planification de l'équipage de conduite en tenant compte des activités de vol et au sol et la réviser chaque fois que nécessaire.

  • Vérifiez que toutes les exigences légales et contractuelles de l'entreprise sont remplies (durée de service maximale, temps de repos minimum, qualification...).

  • Anticiper les problèmes opérationnels et négocier l’ajustement des contraintes chaque fois que nécessaire.

  • Évaluer les situations et prendre des décisions en toute objectivité.

  • Recueillir les souhaits individuels (vacances, desiderata...) des membres d'équipage, approuver ou rejeter les demandes selon la politique applicable.

  • Organiser les réservations des hôtels pour les équipages de conduite.

  • Proposer toute amélioration contribuant à la maturité du processus de planification des équipages de conduite et à la réalisation des objectifs globaux d'Airbus Transport.

  • Définir et suivre les KPI pertinents.

Votre carte d’embarquement:

  • Connaissances en ingénierie.

  • Connaissance des outils Google suite.

  • La connaissance de la réglementation EASA FTL (Flight Time Limitation) est un plus.

  • Une expérience dans une compagnie aérienne ou en planification est un plus.

  • Bonnes capacités de coordination, relationnelles et de communication.

  • Capacité à faire face à des environnements très exigeants.

  • Anglais - un niveau intermédiaire est requis.

  • Français - un niveau courant est requis.

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe en horaires décalés (2*8 6/7) + 8 Dimanches/an (14h30-23h15).

Ce poste est classé Technicien.
