The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support, managing phone inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Supervise the daily clock-in and clock-out processes for our caregiving staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure seamless prebilling operations.
- Handle sensitive communications with patients and their families, offering thoughtful and clear information.
- Perform various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations for both clients and team members.
The Profile
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Prior experience in the home care industry is beneficial; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a plus, but not mandatory as we provide training.
- Solid knowledge and experience in medical coding, including proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
