The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support, managing phone inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Supervise the daily clock-in and clock-out processes for our caregiving staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure seamless prebilling operations.
  • Handle sensitive communications with patients and their families, offering thoughtful and clear information.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations for both clients and team members.

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Prior experience in the home care industry is beneficial; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a plus, but not mandatory as we provide training.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in medical coding, including proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
