Job Description
Night Auditor - Sofitel London St James
As a Night Auditor, you will take care of the guests during the most important moment of their stay and ensure they have a memorable and restful experience with us.
What you will be doing:
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Assist Night Manager in processing Night AuditYour team and working environment:
The Front Office team is at the heart of the hotel life, giving you the opportunity to work with international teams with different backgrounds and personalities. You will find a strong united team that will welcome any new ideas you will bringQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Fluency in ExcelAdditional Information
