Job description

The main objective of the Global Implementation Manager is to
•Engage all functional departments on defined global implementation project, define and assign internal deliverables, with the support of Regional implementation managers, and ensure completion of defined tasks.
•Work closely with customers' project leader, lead both internal and external meetings/conferences, coordinate multi activities, in a view of state of the art and successful on boarding.
•Keep the momentum during the implementation phase, communicate on progress, and follow up on continuous improvement plan over the contract period.
•Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the implementation process, share knowledge of further customer requirements.

Applicant's profile

The ideal candidate for this role should have:
• Knowledge of internal freight forwarding operations, rules and processes;
• Knowledge of project management principles;
• Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent time management;
• Attention to detail and impeccable follow through;
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills in a functional role;
• Ability to work regionally and globally and with a variety of cultures & key project stakeholders;
• Excellent negotiation & presentation technique;
• Make it happen attitude.
