CHINA LC Investigator

To resolve infringement of DS software intellectual property (IP) with Investigator engagement with infringers/customers. To create and drive strategies for the DS anti-piracy and compliance program. Strategies include the identification of infringements of software IP via innovative and constantly evolving technology tools and investigative techniques. To develop, investigate, and manage the leads derived from this information provided by internal/external sources. To drive those leads singly or in partnership with the customer Value Engagement (CVE) sales teams and to ultimately drive payment for one-time use from the infringements. I addition, to investigate those organizations/individuals engaged in the illegal distribution of unlicensed or illegal DS software products, working with Law Enforcement/Trade Bodies to close or disrupt such adtivities. 

Experience in License Compliance or a role that required a focus on analytical and investigative activities as well as negotiation experience with customers

DS product knowledge including Licensing/Contracts preferred

Experience in Legal Activities including settlement agreements and enforcement a plus
