Job Summary

As an Apprentice Procurement Assistant, you will play an important role in strengthening the procurement department. You will assist the team with various tasks related to the smooth operation of the procurement department, thereby contributing to the efficiency and optimization of activities.

Responsibilities

Creating and monitoring procurement documents (Price Lists and Orders) Launching calls for tenders and tracking consultations Recording Order Acknowledgements (OA) Creating and updating suppliers in the panel Updating prices and open orders Declaring product origins and codes

Basic Qualifications

Autonomy and good interpersonal skills Proactive mindset Rigorous and analytical thinking Basic knowledge of English

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Occasional travel within France and Belgium.
