INGENIEUR QUALITE FOURNISSEUR F/H
Description du poste :
- Rattaché(e) au Responsable QSE du site, vous participez à garantir la qualité et la conformité des produits achetés sur le site.
A ce titre, dans le cadre de l'application de la politique QSE mise en place au sein de l'entreprise, vos missions, sans être exhaustives, seront les suivantes :
- Agir en tant que représentant de la Qualité dans le processus de sélection et d’approbation des fournisseurs en collaboration avec l’équipe supply chain / achats
> Piloter et suivre les audits de sélection fournisseurs (évaluation du niveau de respect aux exigences et du niveau de maturité de l’organisation)
> Qualifier les nouveaux couples produit / fournisseur
- Veiller à l’application de la politique d’assurance qualité fournisseur mise en place
> Travailler en collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour assurer la livraison des produits achetés en conformité avec les exigences
> Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe contrôle pour assurer la bonne réception des produits achetés
> Réaliser de façon ponctuelle des contrôles dimensionnels (en cas de litiges ou non conformités)
> Initier et suivre les activités de résolution de problèmes avec les fournisseurs : analyse des non-conformités (et détermination des roots causes), mise en place d’un process dérogatoire si nécessaire et suivi de la mise en place des actions correctives (8D)
> Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ingénieur qualité production sur les problématiques communes
> Informer / sensibiliser / former le personnel aux problématiques qualité des produits achetés
- Evaluer la performance des fournisseurs et promouvoir l’amélioration continue des processus
> Gérer les indicateurs qualité du processus de maîtrise des achats et des approvisionnements en collaboration avec le pilote de processus
> Réaliser les audits d’évaluation (process / produits / traçabilité) des fournisseurs
> Participer à l'évaluation des fournisseurs : partage des non-conformités et des résultats d’audit avec l’équipe supply chain / achats ainsi qu’avec le groupe, analyse des risques et de la maturité des fournisseurs avec détermination des plans d’action d’amélioration
> Participer à la revue des AMDEC process et à l’amélioration des flux d’approvisionnement des produits achetés en fonction des risques (ajout ou suppression de contrôle par exemple)
> Participer à l’amélioration du processus de maîtrise des achats et des approvisionnements en collaboration avec le pilote de processus
> Participer aux audits internes (process / produits)
Description du profil :
- Formation et connaissances
> BAC + 5 Ingénieur qualité ou généraliste avec un fort attrait pour la qualité et l’industrie
> Formation supérieure en mécanique et / ou qualité, vous justifiez d'au moins 1 année d'expérience significative à un poste similaire dans le secteur industriel, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique
> Connaissances en métrologie nécessaires
> Connaissance des normes EN9100 - ISO 9001
> Connaissance des réglementations PART 21G et PART 145 serait un plus
> Connaisse des outils qualité (Core tools, QRQC, 5P, 5M, PDCA,…)
> Anglais professionnel et maitrise du Pack Office.
> Usage d'un ERP est un plus.
> Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse; votre curiosité et votre pragmatisme vous permettent d'être force de proposition. Votre rigueur, votre méthodologie de travail ainsi que vos capacités à communiquer et convaincre tout type d'interlocuteurs seront des atouts pour ce poste.
