Au sein de la division EMEA, l'usine Goodyear Montluçon, située en région Auvergne Rhône Alpes est spécialisé dans la fabrication des pneumatiques moto. Géographiquement basé à moins de 4h de route des grandes villes françaises, le site de production de Montluçon occupe une place centrale et joue un rôle économique important pour la ville depuis près d’un siècle.
Avec son centre de recherche & développement intégré, ses processus de fabrication innovants, une équipe professionnelle engagée et tournée vers l’avenir, la vocation de Goodyear Montluçon est de fournir des produits hautes performances et de qualité premium. L’usine déploie actuellement un projet de transformation et de modernisation en vue de devenir un centre d’excellence dans la fabrication de pneus Moto à haute valeur ajoutée technique.
Nous développons et produisons sur site les pneus compétitions TT (Le Mans/ Championnat MOTO 2 / EWC endurance), et développons et fournissons les mélanges compétition Goodyear CAR Race.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Ingénieur(e) Qualité NPI pour rejoindre notre équipe NPI à Montluçon, France. Sur ce poste, vous serez amené à :
Devenir membre d’un environnement très dynamique et innovant et d’une équipe interfonctionnelle diversifiée
Coordonner le processus de relâche des pneus de l’usine pour le remplacement et/ou l’équipement d’origine
Développer et conseiller sur de nouvelles solutions techniques individuellement et avec les équipes pour répondre aux exigences des produits et des processus
Anticiper et cerner les problèmes de manière proactive, élaborer des outils, des méthodes et des stratégies de résolution de problèmes nouveaux et novateurs et donner des conseils à cet égard.
Utiliser la collaboration, résoudre des problèmes et collecter des données et des contributions pour prendre des décisions fondées sur des faits, envisager des alternatives et exclure des résultats improbables
Fournir une expertise et des conseils qui ajoutent de la valeur à la planification du projet, utiliser le processus de gestion des risques du projet pour gérer les risques et créer des approches pour atténuer les risques.
Exécuter la phase de clôture du projet tout en développant le processus, anticiper les conflits et élaborer des plans d’urgence
Pour rejoindre notre équipe, vous aurez besoin de :
Éducation:
Avoir obtenu un diplôme d’ingénieur ou dans un domaine connexe
Langues :
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
Expérience:
10 ans d’expérience dans la fabrication de pneus.
Expérience dans d’autres étapes du processus de fabrication de pneus considérée comme un atout
Compétences et qualifications :
Connaissance de la conception de pneus et/ou expérience en usine
Exposition au développement de pneu moto ainsi qu’avoir des connaissances de base en mélanges
Suivre une approche Lean, Qualité et Respect des délais de livraison
Projets autogérés,
Dynamique et capable de travailler au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle Esprit d’équipe avec des compétences en consolidation d’équipe
Bonnes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) à tous les niveaux de l’organisation au sein de la région EMEA
Bonnes compétences informatiques (MS Office et support technique)
Utilisation d’outils d’analyse (MiniTab, Braincube, etc.)
Fortes compétences d’influence
