Role Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-visibility digital and IT projects within large global pharmaceutical companies. Your expertise in analyzing complex business processes, particularly in the oncology sector, and your knowledge of analytics or AI will be crucial in driving the success of these initiatives. You will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements to ensure seamless project execution.

What You Will Do:
  • Analyze and document business requirements for large-scale digital and IT projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Work with project teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Conduct detailed business process analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional and technical requirements that meet business objectives.
  • Utilize your knowledge of oncology and analytics/AI to inform business analysis and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
  • Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any concerns.
  • Provide support during system testing to ensure that business requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital or IT project delivery within large global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven experience in high-visibility programs and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of analytics or AI is a significant plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
