- Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and replenish supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and grace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Develop and implement processes to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
Perfil
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and poise
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
