Au sein du Siège International d’Ubisoft, vous rejoindrez l'équipe HR Transversal Tech, composée d'environ 25 personnes travaillant avec les départements Tech qui emploient actuellement près de 3 200 personnes dans le monde. Vous rejoindrez plus particulièrement l'équipe Talent & Développement. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur du Développement RH Transversal Tech.

Le.la Talent Development Project Manager est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des initiatives de développement des talents au sein de l'organisation. Vous collaborerez avec les différentes parties prenantes afin d'aligner les programmes de développement des talents sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et d'apporter de la valeur à nos équipes techniques.
 

  • Ce poste reporte au Directeur du Développement RH Transversal Tech et requiert une séniorité intermédiaire.
     
  • Le poste est basé à Saint-Mandé (France) et n'est pas éligible au full remote. 

 

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

Mobilité interne :

  • Mettre en œuvre la bonne stratégie pour faciliter la mobilité interne de nos employés Tech.
  • Tirer le meilleur parti de nos outils et processus actuels pour soutenir le développement de carrière (Career Hub, Career mobility Framework, Individual development plan).
  • Communiquer sur les opportunités de mobilité interne
  • Suivre les besoins de recrutement et l'approbation avec les parties prenantes Tech
  • Être le point de contact pour la communauté d'acquisition des talents.

Gestion des effectifs :

  • Aperçu et suivi de la stratégie d'acquisition de talents
  • Suivi des effectifs avec l'équipe d'excellence RH et la planification financière
  • Tableau de bord RH global en lien avec l'équipe Excellence et le groupe RH
  • Veille du marché sur les meilleures pratiques

Examens des talents et planification de la succession :

  • Soutenir ces processus pour les équipes techniques en collaboration avec les partenaires du domaine des RH et le HRBP mondial.
  • S'aligner avec le groupe RH pour les outils et les modèles à utiliser.
  • S'assurer que la méthodologie est bien comprise et mise en œuvre par notre communauté HR Tech.
  • Etre le point de contact et le référent pour les besoins des équipes techniques.

Autres initiatives de développement des talents :

  • Être responsable du programme d'intégration des employés Tech et partager les meilleures pratiques avec les équipes.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre du processus de performance pour les équipes techniques conformément aux lignes directrices du groupe RH.
  • Mener des initiatives de formation et de développement chaque fois que cela est nécessaire pour apporter de la valeur aux équipes techniques.
  • En fonction des orientations RH que nous prenons pour soutenir les équipes d'Ubisoft Tech, ce rôle peut évoluer au fil du temps, à travers l'apprentissage/la formation, la gestion des performances, le développement des carrières, etc. - Le développement des talents est un vaste terrain de jeu

Qualifications

  • Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous disposez d'une solide expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines, notamment dans la gestion de projets de développement des talents dans un contexte international.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et pouvez influencer et fédérer de multiples parties prenantes avec diplomatie et impact positif, ce qui vous permet d'établir des relations de confiance ;
  • Vous avez l'habitude de discuter avec des cadres supérieurs en faisant preuve d'assurance et de collaboration ;
  • Vous aimez voir les résultats de vos actions et vous êtes motivé.e par les résultats en termes de valeur ajoutée.
  • Vous êtes orienté.e vers les solutions, chaque fois qu'il y a un changement de priorité ou une incertitude sur la direction, vous pouvez identifier une variété de solutions à un problème, en fournissant à la fois de grands projets structurés et des actions à gain rapide pour assurer l'efficacité.
  • Vous souhaitez aider les équipes techniques à garder une longueur d'avance sur leurs concurrents et à rester au top de leur expertise professionnelle en ce qui concerne les compétences techniques.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais professionnel (90 % de votre temps, de votre travail, de vos conversations et de vos courriels seront rédigés en anglais).
