Au sein de BDO Advisory, branche conseil de BDO France, vous intégrerez
l'équipe Liquidity Management Services qui est en pleine croissance.
Notre équipe (6 associés et 50 collaborateurs) a pour ambition de répondre
aux principaux enjeux de liquidité des dirigeants de PME et ETI au travers
de 3 verticales métiers : Working Capital, Debt and Treasury.
Nos missions :
Dans le cadre du renforcement de l'équipe Liquidity Management Services,
vous intervenez chez nos clients sur des missions d'optimisation du BFR
d'exploitation (cycles clients, fournisseurs et stocks) et dans
l'amélioration de la gestion en trésorerie.
En immersion chez nos clients de toutes tailles et tous secteurs, vous
travaillez avec les Directions financières et générales de l'entreprise et
leurs équipes opérationnelles pour mener des projets d'optimisation du BFR
et/ou en Trésorerie avec notamment :
* La réalisation de diagnostic de la performance BFR et/ou de la
fonction trésorerie (revue des processus clés, cash management,
calcul des principaux indicateurs, évaluation des équipes, …)
* La structuration d'un plan d'actions permettant d'améliorer la
performance BFR et la trésorerie (identifier et chiffrer les leviers
d'amélioration, formaliser les plans d'actions)
* La mise en œuvre, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes clients,
du plan d'actions retenu
* La mise en place d'outils digitaux, aide au choix, AMOA et/ou PMO
pour des outils de types TMS (Treasury Management System),
connectivité bancaire (bank communication management) et/ou
l'amélioration d'autres outils cash existants chez nos clients
* La mise en place de mode de financement type affacturage : analyse,
mise en œuvre et déploiement de contrats d'affacturage, préparation
d'appel d'offre, aide au choix des prestataire, AMOA de déploiement,
accompagnement aux premières cessions, analyse et optimisation de
contrats factor.
En tant que Sénior, vous aurez la responsabilité, selon les missions
affectées, de certaines activités et tâches telles que (liste non
exhaustive) :
* De conduire des missions de conseil voire d'assistance opérationnelle
aux équipes clients
* De contribuer à la réflexion et la mise en place de la stratégie
d'optimisation du BFR basée sur les Bonnes Pratiques en gestion du
BFR
* De contribuer à la réflexion et la mise en place de la stratégie en
gestion des risques financiers (taux, change, etc.), en cash
management, du cashflow forecasting et de la gestion des relations
bancaires
* D'accompagner nos clients dans leur transformation du modèle
opérationnel : définition de l'organisation cible, conduite de projet
de sélection et implémentation des systèmes d'information / outils,
amélioration de l'efficacité des processus opérationnels incluant la
conduite du changement de la mission (rédactions de procédures,
formations outils et processus etc.)
* De construire, maintenir et transmettre des reportings et indicateurs
clés de performance chez nos clients

Votre Profil :
o Vous disposez de 3 ans minimum d'expérience dans la fonction
finance acquise idéalement au sein de cabinets d'audit et de
conseil mais aussi au sein d'une direction financière fortement
marqué autour des sujets Cash (Excellence opérationnelle,
Supply-Chain, Working Capital, Credit Management, Achats).
o Vous parlez la langue de Shakespeare avec aisance, ou
"fluently" comme disent nos amis anglais.
o Vous disposez d'un esprit entrepreneurial et souhaitez
poursuivre votre carrière dans un cabinet en plein
développement.
