Le Pôle Systèmes de Propulsion développe des solutions de propulsion innovantes visant à réduire la consommation de carburant, les émissions de CO2 et les polluants, sans compromis sur le plaisir et les performances de conduite. Ses innovations couvrent une gamme complète de produits, de loptimisation des moteurs à combustion jusquà lélectrification plus ou moins poussée des véhicules, du Stop-Start au véhicule électrique.

Au sein de notre site de production de Sablé Sur Sarthe , nous recherchons un HR Business Partner H/F.

Vos challenges ?

- Accompagner les managers sur des sujets liés aux RH sur son périmètre

- Contribuer aux résultats opérationnels du site

- Participer au développement des collaborateurs et de l'organisation de son périmètre

- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la politique santé, sécurité du site sur son périmètre

- Coordonner le plan de déploiement 5 axes, suivre et déployer le plan d'actions associées

- Participer au maintien du bon climat social social et apporter son soutien au Responsable RH

- Co-construire le plan de communication du site puis coordonner et suivre les actions de communications interne conformément au plan de communication interne
- Co-piloter le comité Engagement des Employés et suivre le plan d'action "mieux-être au travail" du site

Parlons de vous

  • Vous êtes diplômés dun Bac + 5 ou équivalent en ressources humaines

  • Vous avec une expérience dau moins 3 ans sur des missions similaires au sein d'une industrie

  • Votre anglais est dun niveau professionnel
