John Cockerill Hamon est un acteur mondial dans le domaine de l’ingénierie (ingénierie, construction et gestion de projets). Ses activités comprennent la conception, la fabrication de composants clefs, l'installation et l'entretien de systèmes de refroidissement, destinés aux secteurs de la production d'électricité, du pétrole et du gaz et aux secteurs industriels tels que la pétrochimie, la chimie, l’agroalimentaire, la métallurgie.
Nos produits font l’objet d’une amélioration continue au sein de notre service R&D et nous réalisons des tests sur site qui permettent la caractérisation la plus précise des produits finis, afin de répondre au mieux aux attentes de nos clients.
Nature et scope de la mission
Le CFO fait partit du comité de direction, il est l’interlocuteur principal sur toutes les questions financières au niveau du groupe. Il interviendra au sein de John Cockerill Hamon France (50M CA) qui regroupe 135 collaborateurs répartie en 3 entités soit JCH France, JCH Belgique et JCH Arabie Saoudite. Il aura pour mission d’encadrer une équipe de 6 collaborateurs en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion. Ce poste opérationnel aura pour objectifs :
Suivi de la performance financière et reporting groupe. Organisation du processus budgétaire. Organisation des processus comptables. Préparation de l’audit annuel. Intégration des comptabilités de deux filiales.Responsabilités
Management :
Organiser et répartir les tâches des collaborateurs dans leurs domaines respectifs en comptabilité et contrôle de gestion. Définir leurs objectifs, évaluer leur performance, accompagner leur montée en compétences. Réaliser les différents entretiens avec les collaborateurs. Valider le plan de formation. Coordonner des projets transversaux : formalisation des bonnes pratiques, mise à jour du référentiel comptable, amélioration de l’outil informatique.Suivi comptable et financier
Garantir la conformité légale, fiscale et réglementaire de l’ensemble des processus. Suivre au quotidien les flux de trésorerie, analyser les écarts eu égard aux prévisions, mettre à jour les prévisionnels de trésorerie, superviser le processus d’encaissement (clients) et décaissement (fournisseurs). Une attention particulière sera apportée à la comptabilité fournisseurs. Piloter la performance des services : établir les tableaux de bord, suivre périodiquement les indicateurs (marge sur projet, absorption, etc…), analyser les écarts mensuels, participer à la préparation et l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels, suivre leurs évolutions. Participer à la préparation des situations comptables et clôtures de comptes, à l’établissement des états financiers et de leur consolidation, aux déclarations fiscales. Organiser le reporting financier. Intégrer et gérer la comptabilité des deux filiales étrangères. Rendre compte périodiquement des besoins en fonds de roulement auprès de la direction.Pilotage : conseil et appui technique
Superviser les budgets prévisionnels de la direction. Conduire des missions ponctuelles d’analyse des coûts et d’audit interne. Développer le contrôle de gestion industriel (KPI industriel, P&L d’usine). Analyse financière des fournisseurs et des clients. Recenser les besoins d’amélioration de l’ERP et piloter la mise en œuvre. Accompagnement du business sur les offres commerciales. Communiquer sur les résultats de la société auprès du groupe, la direction, les managers, les employés, les administrations…Profil
Vous avez une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans les domaines comptabilité/gestion/finance, et ainsi une maitrise des normes de la comptabilité française et IFRS. Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans sur des fonctions similaires dans le domaine industriel. Véritable homme du terrain, vous accompagnez et conseillez au mieux les opérationnels dans la gestion financière des activités Vous avez une aptitude à manager et créer une cohésion d’équipe Vous aimez prendre des décisions Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau de Français et d’Anglais. Vous êtes polyvalent(e), organisé(e). Vous avez des connaissances sur l’utilisation d’un ERP comptable : JD Edwards est un plus. Vous avez de bonnes compétences informatiques pour pouvoir faire évoluer notre ERP.Votre carrière
