Job description

Missão Assegurar um serviço personalizado e fornecer aos clientes tudo o que for necessário para agradá-lo no que tange bar e restaurante Representar a gama Luxo do Club Med junto dos nossos clientes Destacar a prestação dos serviços instaurando uma relação personalizada com os clientes (qualidade do acolhimento e do serviço) Organizar as equipes propostas para o room service, para o serviço na piscina, para o serviço de bebidas no recinto do espaço 5T Integrar e coordenar as equipes em torno dos objetivos, atitudes e comportamentos próprios para o Club Med Contribuir para otimizar os budgets dos serviços controlando os gastos e melhorando a rentabilidade das atividades de bar e restaurante do 5T  Garantir a qualidade das prestações, o respeito das regras de higiene e de segurança do Club Med assim como a manutenção património Perfil Disponibilidade geográfica (morar no village) Experiência em Bar ou Restaurante de alto luxo É exigida experiência na função e em gestão de equipe É exigido o inglês corrente e são desejadas outras línguas estrangeiras Comportamento Orientar o cliente Diplomata Sentido de detalhe Exigente Disponível
