Le responsable de l’audit et du contrôle interne veille au respect par l’ensemble des équipes commerciales du Groupe Meilleurtaux du cadre légal et réglementaire, le cas échéant complété et précisé par les règles et procédures internes définies par le Groupe Meilleurtaux.
Son périmètre d’intervention principal, mais non exclusif, concerne le réseau d’agences franchisées du groupe Meilleurtaux auprès duquel il réalise un programme périodique d’inspection défini en accord avec la direction générale du groupe et la direction du réseau, complété par des missions ponctuelles.
Vos missions :
L'encadrement d'une équipe de deux personnes qui réalisent également des missions de contrôle ;
La préparation des audits, notamment par l’analyse des données sur la performance de l’entité commerciale et l’identification des zones de risque ;
L’échange sur place avec la direction de l’équipe commerciale et le cas échéant les autres membres de son équipe. Dans le cas d’une agence franchisée, la durée moyenne de présence sur place est de 2 jours ; dans le cas d’une unité commerciale plus large, cette durée peut être plus longue ;
La restitution écrite de l’audit vers la direction de l’équipe concernée et celle du Groupe :
Le suivi des recommandations en lien avec les équipes d’animation commerciale.

Qualifications

Esprit analytique ;
Art de la diplomatie ;
Vision stratégique de façon à intégrer sa mission dans le cadre des objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et d’être en mesure de proposer les changements organisationnels ou procéduraux nécessaires ;
Capacité managériale ;
Expression écrite et orale de très bon niveau.
Une expérience d’audit ou de contrôle interne n’est pas un prérequis. A défaut, une expérience managériale dans un périmètre commercial, juridique ou de contrôle de gestion dans le domaine des services financiers est nécessaire.
Par ailleurs, une familiarité avec les outils bureautiques, la capacité à travailler avec les outils bureautiques du cloud (partage des documents) est indispensable.
La connaissance des services financiers est un plus.
Le poste est situé à Paris mais des déplacements en Ile-de-France et en province sont fréquents.
