Description
s :Le service Facturation du département Transport Europe a pour mission de vérifier et valider les factures des transporteurs Europe et Overseas. En tant que stagiaire (juin, juillet, août) vous participerez aux missions suivantes :
Réception des factures transporteurs via le système ITESOFT Analyse des montants facturés par rapport à ce qui est prévu à la commande Recherche avec les équipes affrètement en cas de différence ou d’absence de tarification Saisie et imputation dans l’ERP du montant facturé Interface avec les transporteurs en cas de refus, de facturation erronée ou de facture non réceptionnée Impression et validation des bordereaux de facturation Réception et validation des frais d’attente au chargementCe que nous allons aimer chez vous :
Vous préparez un bac/bac+2 en Logistique / Comptabilité. vous avez un bon relationnel. vous aimez travailler en équipe et trouver des solutions.Envie de participer à l’aventure ? Rejoignez-nous
