Strong experiences on support & running platforms Background or knowledge on Digital Workplace (Microsoft Teams integrations and admin center) High and various experience on rich landscape Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliveron a common goal. Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with teammembers and customers. Experience with product management and agile organization Third party management experience Outstanding communication, presentation and leadershipskills. Fluent english A plus would be to have a background or knowledge on Microsoft Azure Administration (Active Directory, identity Management...)

You will be responsible for the Run of two digital workplace platforms dedicated to the Retail population. The solution is multi-brand (+ brands), multi-countries (+ countries), multi-channel (boutiques, outlets, counters….) and used by more than Beauty Advisors worldwide. 
 

As a key member of the IT O+O global Organization,you will work with a large ecosystem: business, architects, cyber security, at globalor regional level.

What will be your main Challenges: 

Lead the Run operations of the solution with enthusiasm and a sense of ownership. The user centricity mindset is a must : the quality of the deliveries and the responsiveness is at the heart of this role. You are a self-starter, tech savy, autonomous and innovative, with excellent communication skills

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

As an Application Manager , you must target the highest level ofservice of the solution under your governance, taking advantage of the set of internalor external line of services. You will set up the processes and tools to fullfill user requests, in line with business expectations and while respectingthe frame of the IS.

The activities handled by the Application Manager are:

Ensure the best and continuous service level Manage and coordinate operational teams and vendors to ensure the quality of service and achieve service contract commitments (Monitor thirdparties/AMS provider performance) Manage, supervise, and orchestrate the incident management,the problem management, the service request, and collaborate with the ProductOwner to co-pilot the demand management. Manage interactions with other internal lines of services. Communicate to the regions, countries, and the business in aeffective way. Identify events that may impact the service level. Determine the key indicators to achieve the objectives. Analyze and evaluate the results of the indicators andpropose action plans. Manage and master the lifecycle of the applications (CAB& production evolution) Ensure the financial follow-up of the RUN perimeter. Reporting to management and stakeholders.
