Tasks- Accompanying a team on the journey towards customer-centric value creation within an agile service organization
- Responsibility for implementing agile processes and methods as well as managing and coaching the interdisciplinary teams
- Planning and moderating the necessary meetings as well as identifying and resolving conflicts
- Supporting the agile teams and digital service owners in the creation and organization of the product backlog
- Continuous further development of agile methods and optimization of processes
- Active collaboration in the design of related processes, including the introduction of necessary further development initiatives
- Completed studies, e.g. in the field of IT or comparable knowledge through several years of relevant practical experience
- Experience in the field of (agile) software development for web / app applications and in the area of DevOps
- Experience in agile collaboration methods (esp. Scrum), ideally as Scrum Master, PO or in a comparable role
- Certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach desirable
- Confident handling of project / organization tools, ideally Jira / Confluence
- Sound methodological competence in the field of common agile frameworks; knowledge of agile scaling desirable
- Open and agile mindset, strong empathy and good improvisational skills
