YOUR FOCAL POINTS- Participation in the further development and adaptation of information security guidelines
- Creation and maintenance of security concepts, guidelines, work instructions and resource plans
- Integration of security requirements in close coordination with various specialist departments
- Support in the investigation and analysis of security incidents
- Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities
- Organization and implementation of internal security audits and preparation of corresponding reports
- Advising and supporting the specialist departments with regard to information security issues
- Implementation and coordination of training and awareness-raising measures for employees
- Taking on general tasks in the area of information security in accordance with current regulatory requirements, e.g. BAIT
- Completed (technical) university degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on computer science or IT security
- Professional experience in the field of IT system administration or IT security
- Experience with information security management systems (ISMS) an advantage
- Confident handling of IT security tools and IT security technologies as well as knowledge of current threats and attack methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured and analytical way of working
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Responsible and varied tasks as well as good development prospects in an internationally growing family business
