About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the country and across multiple functions. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers and external early talent partners to deliver top talent to the organization.
In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization
- Provide talent consultation on best practice, insight on market trends and support business decision making aligned to Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Work with external education providers in support of our ongoing apprentice / alternant hiring
- Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates
- Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HRBPs.
- Be part of a regional Talent Acquisition team providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements where necessary
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- 5+ years of full cycle end to end recruiting
- Internal recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies
- Previous success in a fast paced recruiting model
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends in country
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Sourcing and Talent Insights
- Proficiency in English & French (Written and Spoken)
Preferred
- Experience working in/hiring for an FMCG business is highly advantageous
- Experience in supporting both professional hiring and apprentice/alternant hiring in France
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Results-driven and growth mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
